How Bluebeam integrates with Asite
The Asite and Bluebeam integration provides users with the ability to combine the collaborative real-time document mark-up capabilities of Bluebeam Studio with the Asite Common Data Environment (CDE) product.
Integration highlights
With the Bluebeam integration, users can benefit from:
- Creating a Bluebeam Studio session in Asite for each of your submittals or forms.
- Inviting project team members, subcontractors, and architects to collaboratively review and add mark ups on documents submitted from Asite to a Bluebeam Studio Session.
- Finalize the Studio Session in Asite CDE and import the marked-up PDF from Bluebeam back to the Asite CDE as an attachment to its submittals or forms via automated visual workflows.
Pre-requisites
- A Bluebeam Revu and Bluebeam Studio Prime subscription
- An active Asite CDE subscription
- Configuration in Asite for authorization of Bluebeam user account.
